1. Temperature-Controlled Shipping
We provide 24×7 temperature-controlled storage and shipping for all temperature-sensitive medicines including:
- Insulin
- Teriparatide
- Denosumab
- Vaccines
- Other specialty medicines
All shipments are packed using:
- Premium thermal-protected packaging
- Ice packs
- Insulated chiller boxes
This ensures the required temperature is maintained throughout transit.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Dispatch is done within 24 hours (India-wide), subject to prescription verification (if required).
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Pan India Delivery: 3–4 working days
- Delivery time may vary depending on courier network and location.
- Remote or rural areas may require additional time.
These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery commitments.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected locations.
- COD eligibility depends on serviceability of the courier partner.
- For high-value temperature-sensitive products, prepaid orders may be preferred for faster processing.
5. Packaging & Safety Standards
To ensure medicine safety:
- Products are packed under monitored temperature conditions.
- Cold-chain integrity is maintained until dispatch.
- Each shipment is securely sealed before handover to courier.
We are not responsible for improper storage after delivery.
6. Delivery Responsibility
- Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
- Temperature-sensitive medicines should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery (if required as per product instructions).
- If delivery is delayed due to incorrect address or non-availability of recipient, we are not responsible for temperature compromise.
7. Damaged or Compromised Shipments
If you receive:
- Damaged packaging
- Melted ice packs
- Product leakage
- Incorrect item
Please contact us within 6 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. We will investigate and provide resolution as per our return policy.
8. Monthly Medicine Supply Service
We also offer monthly medicine supply services for patients requiring regular medications. Delivery schedule and packaging standards remain the same as above.
